Terms of service.
The clinic has a zero-tolerance for bullying, rudeness, threats, or any other unprofessional conduct for any reason. Any incident towards staff or clients, including online conduct, will result in immediate removal from the clinic and termination of all current and future services, without refund.
No guarantees can be given for results, timelines, percentages, or final outcomes. Refunds are not issued for treatments already rendered, or dissatisfaction of results.
While appointments are not mandatory, they are highly recommended. There is no guarantee for consultation or treatment for walk-in clients.
For clients with appointments, the scheduled time is my minimum CHECK-IN time, and not necessarily my treatment start time. Treatments on other clients will not be rushed to accommodate your other commitments. If you do not make your minimum check-in time, your schedule will no longer be guaranteed, and I will be accommodated at the next availability, that would not impact the schedule of other clients or clinic operational hours, which may not be the same day.
A fee may be charged for clients who have not confirmed their appointment, no show, or make any same-day changes to their appointment. A credit card on file for automatic fee deduction is required for clients who have had more than 1 of the above occurrences.
Services purchased as part of a discounted package have no individual monetary value, and partial refunds are not provided for unused sessions for any reason.
Silk Aesthetic does not accommodate specific esthetician requests. Assignment is based on the clinic's needs and schedule only. I may not delay or withhold treatments to await specific estheticians.
Photos are required and will be taken for documentation and medical records.
The clinic may update rules and guideless periodically, and by receiving services at the clinic, you agree to adhere to their rules not limited to those expressly stated here.
